Let food be thy medicine - Hyppocrates
Here's how this works: You choose 4-5 items off the menu (and I am happy to accommodate any food sensitivities, allergies or special diets). Then I come to you, spend 4-5 hours cooking your selected items (~8-10 servings each) in your kitchen while you enjoy your special bonding time with your new baby. If you'd prefer, I'm able to incorporate a favorite meal of yours that you just don't have time to prepare these days, just give me your recipe (or guide me while you sit back and cuddle your baby) and I'll make it happen! I'll try to leave your kitchen cleaner than I found it with all the meals stored appropriately while also being there for you to chat about postpartum life and support you, drawing on my many years of Mama and Doula experience.
Interested? select your choices and give me a call! I just ask that you contact me to set a date a minimum of 1 week in advance. We'll have a phone consultation in which we create your menu and grocery list, then we're all set to ensure you're well nourished while you're healing and baby loving!

-Kale and Seaweed Salad (great to have around for a bed to eat leftover pizza off of ;)
